However, if I could have found it any other way than going through all of this...that would have been ok too. I have had a spiritual awakening unlike anything I have ever experienced and I found a merciful and compassionate God and He is for me. He is for my daughter too and He is patiently waiting for her to finish up and surrender her will. I love going on field trips with my kids though....so it makes sense that I would be the one looking around at the sights and figuring out how they pertain to my life. What a great analogy.
